Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026. This document sets out the contractual terms for accessing and using the ALL MY CIRCUIT™ website and related web services made available to you. 1. Agreement

By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by the policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

2. Service description

The services may include public discovery content, press resources, partner registration, and authenticated areas for professional users. Features may change; material changes may be communicated where appropriate.

3. Accounts and eligibility

Where registration is required, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or performance, or use automated means to extract data in breach of our CGU or of the API terms. Authorized programmatic access must use official APIs only.

5. Intellectual property

The services, branding, and content are protected. Except as permitted by law or express authorization, you may not copy, scrape, or redistribute substantial parts of the service.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages, subject to mandatory consumer rights where they apply.

7. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the governing law and jurisdiction are those specified in the CGU for the publisher’s seat (to be completed). Consumers may benefit from non-waivable rights in their country of residence.
